Bruce McEwen - Managing Director  |  email

Bruce derived the concept for Courier Solutions after working in the freight industry for 12 years and learning every aspect of the business. In 1996 he conceived the idea of managing the freight needs of companies after hearing the frustrations of clients regarding the customer service standards from courier companies; and so Courier Solutions was born.

Catherine Wood - Personal Assistant /Sales Support |  email

Catherine joined the team in 2007 after spending several years in the freight industry in Auckland, before moving back to Christchurch where all of her family have always resided. Catherine is now also helping out in the Sales Support side of the business.

Joanne Samson - Acting Accounts Manager|  email

Joanne (Jo) has stepped into the role of Acting Accounts Manager from her role as Senior Accounts Administrator and will be managing the Accounts team during this time.  Jo has valuable experience within the trades and services sector including retail and importing.  Being customer focused she enjoys being part of an exciting, motivated team.

Rochelle McLauchlan - Accounts Assistant  |  email

Rochelle works with us on a part time basis helping out in the busy accounts team.  When not at work she is a Mum catering to the needs of a young family.

Alistair Joseph - Customer Service Supervisor|  email

Alistair started his career in the freight industry by applying for a job as a pushbike courier. The courier company suggested that he would be more suited to despatching couriers and so began his career.  Since 1986 Alistair has experienced all facets of the industry including being a courier himself.

Lynne Tahapehi - Solutions Provider  |  email

Lynne had been involved in the courier industry for over five years and her previous work experience has been customer service based, a role she enjoys as she thrives on the contact with so many different people.

Nicola Lingard - Solutions Provider  |  email

Though new to the freight industry, Nicola brings to the team a wealth of experience in the customer service industry, most latterly in electronics repair. Nicola works with us in a part time capacity and when not at work is busy juggling her life as mother to two young children.   

Chris Smith- Solutions Provider  |  email

Chris had been working in customer servcie and management roles before joining the Courier Solutions team and has quickly adapted to his role in the freight industry. When not at work Chris is a keen Latin dancer travelling the country to represent Christchurch in national dance fests. 

Jessica Pearson - Solutions Provider  |  email

Jessica (Jess) , our latest recruit ,brings to the team her many years experience in customer service, sales and in retail management.  Jess works for us in a part time capacity, dedicating the remainder of her time to Cat Rescue Christchurch. 

Sam Broughton - Solutions Provider/Administration  |  email

Sam has spent the last two years combining part time study with the care of her young daughter.  In her role, based within the Solutions Provider team, she will lend her hand to most of the administrative tasks so that our Solutions Provider team can dedicate themselves fully to our customers who call for personal service.

  Bridget is the first employee of Courier Solutions and has worked in most roles in the business at one stage or another making her a vaulable team member.  Currently she is dedicated to business development driving the sales side of the business.  When not at work she is a busy mother to two young children 

Shan Shi - Business Development - Auckland |  email

 Shan Shi joins us  in Auckland after his previous experience in the courier industry.  Shan is well equipped to  match a customer's distribution requirements from both a budget and logistics point of view  from the stable of carriers we have at our disposal.
